My background in sports, nutrition, physiotherapy, and homeopathy enables me to consider both the mental and physical needs of each individual. Additionally, my studies in coaching and psychotherapy allow me to motivate and guide clients toward their personal health and fitness goals.

About me :

I’ve always been full of energy, which led my parents to find the right sports for me as a child. I competed in skiing, running, and swimming. Combining these sports kept me active, and by the time I was fifteen, I was swimming with the Czech national team. Unfortunately, after contracting mononucleosis, my competitive sports career ended, but my passion for movement never did.

Throughout my life, exercise has been a source of physical strength, mental resilience, and energy. Even when I was working, raising children, and had little time, staying active was key to maintaining my energy and balance.

I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works, and this curiosity drove me to further my education. I studied at Palestra (Medical Massage Therapist, Fitness Trainer, Health and Fitness Instructor), as well as at the Homeopathic Faculty and in Ayurveda. I also have a deep interest in nutrition, which led me to stop eating meat almost 20 years ago.

During my career, I’ve worked as a sports trainer and group fitness instructor in various fitness centers, including Holmes Place, Health & Fitness Olgy Šípkové, Xplore Fitness, Club Park Holiday Benice, Hit Fitness Flora, YMCA, and R5 Volcano. I’ve also worked as a therapist at Hilton (Cybex), King’s Court Hotel, and in the rehabilitation department in Kladno. Additionally, I became a certified instructor in real self-defense (Kalah).

With my background in sports, health, nutrition, and rehabilitation, I now work as a Healthy Lifestyle Coach, helping people holistically with nutrition, fitness training, and motivation, while providing psychological support.
